Rolling of open and closed profiles and pipes
Closed profiles are produced on rolling lines designed for production of welded thinwall profiles. Lines are equipped with automatic cutting mechanism for flying cut.
We own and run twenty rolling lines that we use for production of wide range of profiles – from simple open or closed profiles to sophisticated shapes.
Steel profiles are usualy made from HR, CR or HDG coils.
We are able to carry out wide scale of metal production operations on all profiles.

2000 – 13000 mm (standard 6000 mm, special lengths available by mutual agreement)
Types of profiles
L profiles – isosceles or asymmetrical (lenght of arm 15 – 100 mm)
U profiles – isosceles or asymmetrical (base 15 – 350 mm, height of sides 15 – 110 mm)
C profiles – symmetrical (base 25 – 375 mm, height of sides 20 – 110 mm, edges 6 – 50 mm)
