Deformation-free bending of tubes and profiles
Our technological possibilities contain deformation-free (eventually also deformation) bending of profiles.
We use 2D or 3D bending devices. Input profiles can be up to 4 meters long with dimension 40x20x1,5 mm. Tube size up to 40 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness.
We have large experience with the bending of profiles that are used as parts of products of well-known companies. For example garden equipment, furniture such as office chairs, bar stools, tables and many others. Many of these products are manufactured completely in our production plant.
